Simple setup for counter-serve Chinese fare with private & communal tables or for takeout.

Having a small space for storage wasn’t by accident; it was by design. This allows us to only purchase the finest and freshest meats and vegetables for the days use. Prepping it early in the morning and storing it for use during the day. Once we run out of items, we make a run to our suppliers and get more fine and fresh products to keep the day going.
